The information are provided by the Federal Waterways and Shipping Administration of Germany (WSV) free of charge.
For the user of ELWIS-Abo are occuring the following "other" costs:
- e-mail - computer
phone costs for the internet connection and/or the costs for the internet provider
- sms - mobile phone
sms 0,11 - 0,20 €/sms. Outside Germany there are additional costs called "Roaminggebühr"
